We have a new way to add Printsmith Vision connections in 2026. Please follow the instructions below
1. Click on the GEAR (top right)
2. Click Settings
3. Vision Cloud (on the left panel, 3rd from the bottom)
4. Click the green "Add Configuration" button
5. You will see this window
Configuration Name: Give it a name like "Main Printsmith"
READ Host URL: This can be the local IP address for Printsmith (something like http://192.168.1.22:9191 or https://company.myprintdesk.net)
You can grab the URL from the browser where you login to Printsmith Vision (see below). An internal IP address will generate work faster than an external one.
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE /PrintSmith/PrintSmith.html
WRITE Host URL: This must be the EXTERNAL IP address for Printsmith (Examples would be something like http://20.90.1.1:9292 or https://company.myprintdesk.net). You can't use an internal IP address. If you use PrintSpeak, it would be the ngrok long url. https://shipleap.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/48001228642

Username: PrintSmith Vision "User Name"
Password: PrintSmith Vision "Password"
6. Click the ADD CONFIGURATION button.
7. Close and reopen the app and try again
