These 4 boxes on the right of each email address will allow you to have email alerts automatically sent throughout the shipping lifecycle
Transit - This is the general notification when the package arrives at the first checkpoint
OFD - Out for delivery, the packages is in the general area of the destination
Delivered - The package has arrived to the final destination
Failure - The was an exception. The package did not arrive when it was supposed to for some reason.

You can have a defaulted setup using the settings to that either all 4 boxes are initially checked (or none of the boxes are checked). The settings are below:
Click the Gear on the top right
Click on Settings
Click Defaults on the top left and click on the bottom right
