When you get this error, it means that you changed the password login for Printsmith Vision BEFORE you changed the password in ShipLeap. In order to fix it, you have 2 options to remove the error.


1. Change the password in Printsmith back to the username/password that matches in ShipLeap momentum. THEN, you can change the password in ShipLeap to the new password you want to use. After that, then you can change the password in Vision to the new password.


2. Contact support@shipleap.com.. We will have to temporarily remove the plugin that connects ShipLeap to Vision so you can leave the password in Printsmith alone and just change the password in ShipLeap to the new password that matches what's already in Vision.
