If you click on the gear icon on the top right, you can see both your label limit and USPS credit card limit.
Label limit: This will show the max amount of labels you can print on your account per month along with the number of labels you've already printed. The example below shows there is a max of 5000 labels with 0 labels printed. Depending on your subscription plan, you may be charged for labels after a certain amount. For example, a popular plan is 1000 labels per month. You would be charged extra for labels over 1000 if you are signed up for this plan.
Credit Card Monthly Limit: For extra security, ShipLeap limits the amount that you and your employees can spend purchasing USPS postage on a monthly basis. Your account starts with $500 but can be increased/decreased if a management level representative emails support@shipleap.com with a limit change request. There is no limit you can ask for but the limit on your actual credit card would of course be in place. The example below shows a monthly credit limit of $5000 with $0 spent so far this month.
