If you get this error message when requesting an access key
the owner of the UPS account should email UPS for support. Email UPS at: fmsupport@ups.com. Include the email text:
Dear UPS Support,
We need an Access Key and we are getting an error code 182279. Can you please help? Here is my contact info.
