When setting up the API in UPS.com, you might get this when you create go to create the API code.
We're experiencing some technical issues. Status is currently unavailable.
Have the owner/manager contact UPS. This is typically due to the account not being setup to use the UPS API.
You can tell them the following:
"We are trying to create a UPS access key on ups.com and we are getting an error. Can you tell me if there are any issues with my account preventing me from creating a UPS access key?"
