For international FedEx Shipments, FedEx requires that you have both "signature" and "letterhead (logo)" images that will be used with your Commercial Invoices. To avoid this issue and ensure this process goes smoothly, please reference the following specs and email the files to support@shipleap.com:
- Images must be within the size of 700px wide x 50px high, at maximum
- Images must be either .jpg or .png file types.
Once the files are emailed, the engineering team will connect these files with your FedEx account. Please allow 2-3 business days to complete.
