A red SHIP button is a warning that the address you entered doesn't match any addresses in the USPS database. If possible, the system will recommend an address substitute. You can click on the FIX ADDRESS button to replace the existing address with the recommended one.
If you know that the address entered is correct, you can make a label regardless of what color you see on the ship button but we advise that you check your address carefully.
