UPS

 

UPSLetter: 12.5" x 9.5"


UPSExpressBox: Used for documents, binders, and larger shipments


UPS25kgBox: 16.5" x 13.25" x 10.75", typically up to 55 lbs. 


UPS10kgBox: Usually 16.5" x 13.25" x 10.75", up to 22 lbs. 


Tube: Designed for blueprints, posters, and fabric samples. 38" x 6" x 6"


Pak: Padded, flexible container. 16" x 12.75"


SmallExpressBox: Dimensions vary, designed for small shipments, 13” x 11” x 2” 


MediumExpressBox: Larger than SmallExpressBox, dimensions vary. 16” x 11” x 3”


LargeExpressBox: Largest of the express boxes, dimensions vary. 18” x 13” x 3” and can take up the weight of up to 30 lbs

 

FEDEX

  

FedExEnvelope: For documents. No weight limit. 9.5" x 12.5" and reusable 9.5" x 15.5".


FedExBox: Varies in size, used for documents and smaller items. 


FedExPak: Padded pak for documents or small items, usually 12" x 15.5". 


FedExTube: Designed for blueprints, posters, etc. 


FedEx10kgBox: Up to 22 lbs, dimensions vary. 


FedEx25kgBox: Up to 55 lbs, dimensions vary. 


FedExSmallBox: Used for small shipments. 


FedExMediumBox: Medium-sized shipments. 


FedExLargeBox: Large shipments.

Card: Typically up to 4.25" x 6".

 

Letter: Typically up to 11.5" x 6.125". 


Flat: Flat rate packages are those exceeding one of these dimensions: over 6-1/8 inches high, 11-1/2 inches long, or 1/4 inch thick, but not exceeding 12 inches high, 15 inches long, or 3/4 inch thick, and weigh no more than 13 ounces. 


FlatRateEnvelope: Ships for a flat rate, varies in size. 


FlatRateLegalEnvelope: Designed for legal documents, ships for a flat rate. 


FlatRatePaddedEnvelope: Padded version of flat rate envelope. 


Parcel: Standard packages. 


IrregularParcel: Packages with irregular shapes. 


SoftPack: Flexible packaging. 


SmallFlatRateBox: Ships at a flat rate, 8 11/16" x 5 7/16" x 1 3/4". 


MediumFlatRateBox: Ships at a flat rate, two sizes generally, including 11" x 8.5" x 5.5". 


LargeFlatRateBox: Ships at a flat rate, 12" x 12" x 5.5". 


LargeFlatRateBoxAPOFPO: Specially sized for APO/FPO addresses. 


RegionalRateBoxA: Varies by size and shape, rates based on distance. 


RegionalRateBoxB: Larger than Box A, rates based on distance.
