FOR PC:


If you have an older version of the writeback, you may experience a freeze. Please try the following to fix:

 

1. On your windows computer, press Windows Key + R

2. Type in %appdata% at the Run window

 



3. Click on the shipleap folder


4. Find the file queueEvents.json and rename it to something like BACKUP-queueEvents.json


5. Close and re-open the ShipLeap app and try again. If the app continues to freeze, please contact support@shipleap.com

FOR MAC:

 

If you have an older version of the writeback, you may experience a freeze. Please try the following to fix:


1. Double click on the hard drive on the desktop. If you don't see the icon, you can go to Finder > Preferences > Click on Hard disks



2. Hold down Command + Shift + . (period) keys at the same time (to see hidden files/folders). You can tell it worked if the screen looks something like this.


3. Navigate to the following folder /Users/{USERNAME}/Library/Application Support/shipleap


4. Find the file queueEvents.json and rename it to something like BACKUP-queueEvents.json


5. Close and re-open the ShipLeap app and try again. If the app continues to freeze, please contact support@shipleap.com
