The new queue manager removes the writeback function from your internal computers and moves the writeback function externally to ShipLeap servers. For locally hosted Vision users, you need external access to Printsmith for this work. You may have a port setup or a Printspeak NGROK url to make this work.
To check the queue, please click on settings and click PS Queue Manager
If something is stuck in the queue, you can click on RETRY button. ShipLeap will try 5 times automatically before it stops. Reasons that an invoice is locked is that it was open by another user. After that user closes the invoice, you can click RETRY to start the writeback.
If the invoice is locked and can no longer be changed, you can click the REMOVE button to remove the writeback.
