This process will help you wipe out ShipLeap from your Mac and re-install it. Make sure you have your username and password to login to ShipLeap.
1. Double click on the hard drive on the desktop. If you don't see the icon, you can go to Finder > Preferences > Click on Hard disks
2. Hold down Command + Shift + . (period) keys at the same time (to see hidden files/folders). You can tell it worked if the screen looks something like this.
3. Navigate to the following folder /Users/{USERNAME}/Library/Application Support/shipleap
4. Find the config.json file and save it to your desktop. This file has all the contents of your config info.
5. Rename the shipleap folder to shipleap2
6. Re-install using the latest MAC install file.
7. Launch the application. Drop in the config file like you would normally do from the config file from your desktop that you saved. https://shipleap.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/48000984268
