Microsoft Excel can't read past 15 digits so if you are seeing something like the following, please follow a work around below
1. Before opening, change the csv file extension to txt
2. Open Excel and click File>Open and select the .txt file and the text to columns wizard should appear
3. In step 3 of 3, designate the tracking number column format as "Text" and click on the column with the tracking number. This will preserves all digits.
4. Save as Excel workbook.
