In this article, we will show you how to create a label you can print and mail to your customer OR create a PDF of the label that you can email to your client so they can print on their end.
For this example, let's say you are located in New York and your customer is in California.
1. Create a Ship FROM by clicking the PLUS icon and filling out all the address info for your client in California.
2. Next, create a return address for your customer in California. Click the gear icon > settings > Address Return. Fill out all the address info and click the ADD button.
3. CLOSE AND RE-OPEN ShipLeap Momentum
4. Now create the label with the SHIP TO showing your address in New York. Under the 2 sections (FROM and RETURN) below, select your customer's address in California
5. Click the Ship button to create the label.
6. If you want to create a PDF, go to the track tab, click on the shipment, then click on the PDF icon button.
