ShipLeap logs in to get shipping information out of Vision then logs out. It works a similar way for writing the tracking number and price. Although the user is not logged in for long (just logs in and out), it does require active user sessions to be available. We recommend at least 2 extra.
In the example below, there are 13 extra active sessions which is plenty. ShipLeap would temporarily bump the number up from 3 to 5 when the read and write is done.
To see this screen
1. Login with an admin account or a user with sufficient privileges.
2. On the bottom left, click on Gear > System Monitor > User Sessions
3. The max number of users are listed there along with the number of logged in users.
4. You can remove users (ShipLeap users is needed) from this screen. Click on a user and terminate.
